Tripspk private limited provides you with a tool to search the trip data posted by other users. This Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between Tripspk and Yourself (User or YOU). By accessing or using the Tripspk Internet site (“Site") and any service provided by us, including through any mobile application that we may provide (collectively, the “Services”) you agree that you have read, understood, accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy policy Page. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Services.

We have divided the services in two major types of users.
1. Public (Trip seeker)
2. Company (Trip Planner, Trip creator).

Trip Seeker:

The user who finds the contents on tripspk website and view the trips posted by the company.

Trip planner, Trip Creator:

The user who posts all the content of the trip and holds the responsibility of each content added by him.

Use of services:

Your use of the Services is subject to the conditions of these Terms. Currently, we make the Services available free-of-charge to you In order to use the Services, you must be eighteen years of age or older, or have the permission of your parent or guardian. You may not use the Services if you are not allowed to do so by law or regulation. You may not provide access to or use the Services for the benefit of third parties or make commercial use of the Services or content that we provide. You also may not use any or all of the content we provide in order to create a database, whether in print or electronically. You may, however, use the Services in connection with your own activities.

Accounts:

• You agree that you’ll provide us 100% accurate information when creating an account
• Your linked social media details should be correct and you have control to unlink this detail.
• Your name, email, phone number should be correct and it can be shared with third party or other users who are authorized to use your data.
• Your information can be shared with other users for promotions, offers or contacting you for providing services.

We may for any reason, in our sole discretion and without notifying you, terminate your account. Grounds for such termination may include (i) extended periods of inactivity, (ii) violation of the letter or spirit of these Terms, (iii) fraudulent, harassing or abusive behavior or (iv) behavior that is harmful to other users, third parties, and the community ethos of our Services or our business interests.

Please note that we will fully cooperate with any law enforcement investigation or court order ordering us or directing us to disclose the identity, behavior or activities of anyone believed to have violated these Terms or to have engaged in illegal behavior.

Trips data, company pages and submissions:

Please remember, we only provide the tools for creating, viewing, booking trips and listing companies in our website. We don’t hold the responsibility of even a single word posted by other users in the application including blogs, trips details, their services includes, address, company name, company page, Images, Contact information.

Please remember that you are responsible for any Submissions you post or transmit. Therefore, you represent and warrant that your Submissions do not infringe the intellectual property, moral, publicity or privacy rights of any third party, and that you have full rights to post or transfer such Submissions. We do not pre-screen Submissions. However, we do reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any Submissions that we believe violate the letter or spirit of these Terms.

Do not worry; we do not claim ownership of your Submissions. However, by sending any Submissions you automatically grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license of all worldwide rights to use, edit, modify, reproduce, publish, display and distribute Submissions in any manner whatsoever, in or out of context, in all languages, in all media, including for our promotional purposes. In short, if you submit something to us, we may use it.

• Trip planner identification is not verified manually. The online verification process doesn’t give 100% guarantee of genuine information.
• Fraudulent submissions may be expected and it’s your responsibility to verify the person associated with the information posted on the website.

Use of Tripspk by Females:

Considering the security and laws in Pakistan, females are advised to become very careful while sharing information in the website. Females must be guided by a male above the age of 18 in order to use tripspk.com. You should report your family and friends whom you are contacting through the website.
